Insomnia treatment

Insomnia treatment is imperative for people having sleepless days and nights. An inability to sleep and inability to remain asleep for a reasonable period is characteristically insomnia. It can result in inability to close the eyes or “rest the mind” for more than a few minutes at a time. The reasons behind this may be fear, stress, anxiety, medications, herbs, caffeine, depression or sometimes with no apparent explanation.
