Fear of Public Speaking: Symptoms
Almost everyone who has given a speech, and those that have yet to, have some sort of fear of public speaking. It isn’t always the same. Some people appear to be unaffected, but they probably have simply found a way around their fear. For those that are not that lucky, you should be aware of some of the signs that you are giving off. You could be shaking, sweating, stuttering, talking too fast or too slow, and using filler words to name a few. For symptoms that are not visible, you could feel nauseous, feel hot or cold, and your throat feels scratchy or dry. It is good to be aware of your fear of public speaking symptoms.
